Her_Majesty is a university student from Germany. Her interest in Royalty has been caused by the "Sissi" movies. Her interest for currently reigning European Monarchies started in 2001, when Crown Prince Haakon married Mette-Marit Tjessem Høiby. Her favourite Royal families are the Scandinavian ones - especially the Royal Family of Norway.

Today, Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit are celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary. The couple married on August 25th 2001 in Oslo Cathedral. The engagement of Crown Prince Haakon of Norway and Mette-Marit Tjessem Høiby was announced on December 1st 2000. Royal Family Shows Support for Victims of Attacks in Norway

Märtha Louise Parachuting

Yesterday the Norwegian Princess Märtha Louise went parachuting, which was part of a Sports Association’s campaign. The aim of the campaign is to recruit more disabled people to sport. Alexander Edward Christian Frederik was born in Norfolk (England) on July 2nd 1903 as the only son of Prince Carl of Denmark and Princess Maud of Wales, who later became King Haakon VII and Queen Maud of Noway.
