Omani Sultan Qaboos bin Said al-Said arrived on Tuesday morning in Tehran; where he met with the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
