Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and the Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the Oaks Race at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, England. A Princess England-Bound: Princess Kako To Study In Leeds
