Princess Elisabeth Celebrates Her 16th Birthday

Crown Princess Elisabeth of Belgium has used the social media accounts of the Belgian Palace to thank everybody for the birthday wishes she has received. The palace also released three new photos of the princess on their Facebook and Instagram accounts. The photos were accompanied by the hashtag: #sweetsixteen. Princess Elisabeth was born on the 25th of October 2001, at 21:58 exactly.

Princess Eléonore’s Birthday Surprise For Her Papa

The Belgian Royal Court released a video of Princess Eléonore playing ‘Happy Birthday’ on a violin on their social media accounts this morning, as a ‘birthday surprise’ for her father, King Philippe. King Philippe – who turns 57 today – is seen at the end of the video giving his younger daughter a hug at the end of her performance. Eléonore has her ninth birthday tomorrow.
