Doesn't the top part seem ill-fitted?

I mean, red definitely is Letizia's colour, but this particular dress doesn't fascinate me.
 
She looks lovely. Red is definitely her color!

Queen Letizia never uses clothes that can cost "a small fortune"
 
I don't think that she uses expensive clothes all the time. She has some affordable brands such as Zara, Massimo Dutti, etc. I like some of the pieces that she wears from Adolfo Domínguez (I even own a dress from this brand, it was not cheap llike Zara, but it was not over-the-top expensive like brands such as Hugo Boss, Carolina Herrera). I like that her style covers all budgets:flowers:
 
I do not like those trousers. In my younger days, we called those high waters and it wasn't a compliment.
 
Nice navy blue top and hairstyle bloody awful pants .
 
What a mismatch. Blouse looks horrible with the pants. The pants look horrible anyway.
 
Really nice to see this dress again a lovely look on queen Letizia today.

The color is lovely but seems more autumn than spring/summer to me. I would like the outfit better if the trousers were a skirt.
 
The navy dress is lovely! Not a fan of the sweater or pants, however.
 
I never understand her fondness for rolled up sleeves as it tends to let the outfit down other than that the colour and styling is nice.
 
The blue skirt is from Hugo Boss, and previously worn by both CP Mary and Princess Sofia
 
I love the skirt. It reminds me of one CP Mary has worn in the past
 
Wow I missed a lot of looks.

I usually love a woman in trousers, but I hate these high water pants, both looks. Both the length and the high waist on them.

Both have nice tops and colors though.

The print dress is pretty. A little softer then her usual style :flowers:

I am not a fan of the newest look. I don't like the mix of blues, especially don't like the baby blue. And again with the high waisted look.
 
How great does she look in front of that mantle? Given the location, that muted grey/white fabric stands apart if not in the fore. Appropriately so.

And I was ready to kvetch about the fascinator until I realized it matched the placement feathers on HM's bonnet. This is either deep planning or huge serendipity.

Edit - Max is also in a pale neutral - it might be suggested for companions?
