When in Rome… Queen Margrethe II Starts Visit to Italy

Queen Margrethe II kicked of her visit to Rome with an excursion to the Ceasar Forum. Today the Queen will visit Villa Borghese and has lunch with president Sergio Mattarella at the Palazzo del Quirinale. Later today she will attend the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Danish Institute in Rome.

Tomorrow the Queen will visit the town hall of Tarquinia, the National Etruscal Msueum in the Palazzo Vitelleschi and the Etruscan necropolis outside the town.
