Crown Princess Mathilde of Belgium named ‘Most Elegant’

On Friday February 6, 2009, Crown Princess Mathilde of Belgium was named the ‘Most Elegant Woman’ by the magazine Elle Belgium. This is the second year for the Elle Style Awards, which were created to honor the achievements in fashion by Belgian designers and celebrities.
