Gray cardigan and gray sweater do not look well together. Cardigan is too short and looks small for Letizia. Beige belt and purse are fine but not enough to save the outfit. In brief, she does not look good today.

Shoes still grey, I think that's ok. I don't like this belt. It doesn't go well with the dress imo.

The belt and shoes are still grey, but they matched Felipe's grey suit. I agree with Duke, I'm of tired seeing this style of shoes all the time (for about 2 years), she needs some new style pumps.

Overall the look is good, finally bought a dress with bright color.

Same make-up as usual... and YIKES - har face is a completly different colour than her neck

She probably doesn't like applying greasy foundation on her neck. The difference is less obvious in the pictures taken from far, or with not so strong flash light.

I doubt anyone would apply foundation on the neck. But it should not be a problem to find a foundtaion matching her skin colour.
