The Pahlavis Gather For Persian New Year

Empress Farah Pahlavi of Iran hosted a small celebration to mark the Persian New Year, Nowrouz, yesterday at her home in Washington, D.C. Prince Reza, his wife Yasmine and their daughters Noor, Iman and Farah, Princess Farahnaz and Raha Didevar and her daughter with the late Prince Alireza, Iryana, were all present for the celebration.

The former Empress of Iran, Farah Pahlavi, celebrates today her 75th birthday. Born as Farah Diba, she was born on October 14th, 1938 in Tehran (Iran).
