In nothing it shows it is Her Majesty The Queen of Spain making a visit. It is Mrs Ortiz from office. In my very personal opinion she misses the extra touch to royalty which others like the Crown Princess of Denmark, the Princess of Hannover or the Queen of the Netherlands have.
