Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary’s official visit to the United States continued yesterday, when the pair attended the topping-out ceremony of the new Vestas Wind Systems manufacturing plant in Brighton, Colorado. Danish Crown Princely Couple in Bomb Scare

All passengers on a Scandinavian Airlines System flight from Copenhagen Airport to Chicago, which also carried Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary, were evacuated yesterday as a passenger remarked that he had a bomb in his backpack. The person was removed immediately, followed by the evacuation of all the aircraft’s 943 occupants. The plane was then thoroughly searched by the bomb squad before passengers were allowed to return. On March 18th Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended the opening of a seminar on indigenous populations at the National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City, had a guided tour to Sala Maya and Sala Mexica and attended the opening of the exhibition by ambassador Solem, over Sala Mexica.
