Royal Mint Reveals Coin To Mark Queen Elizabeth’s 90th Birthday

Today the Royal Mint revealed the coin they have minted to mark Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday. The £5 commemorative coin features a garland of nine roses (one for each of the Queen’s decades) surrounding the royal cypher ‘EIIR’ and the number 90. Happy Maundy Thursday! Queen Marks Day at St George’s Chapel, Windsor

Buckingham Palace Makes Complaint Over ‘Queen Backs Brexit’ Headline

Buckingham Palace has made an official complaint to the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) this morning regarding The Sun‘s headline that Queen Elizabeth is in favour of breaking from the European Union.
