Queen Jetsun Pema Inaugurates National Veterinary Hospital

The Queen of Bhutan inaugurated the new National Veterinary Hospital in Motithang on Monday. Joined by Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay and Jaideep Sarkar, the Indian Ambassador to Bhutan, Queen Jetsun Pema was shown around the new three-storey facility, which will be able to better serve the increased needs of the animal population. Queen of Bhutan Opens Bhutan-Thailand Festival

Bhutan’s Queen Jetsun Pema has attended the opening day of the first Bhutan-Thailand Festival at the Youth Development Fund Multipurpose Hall in Thimphu on Friday. The Queen was given a tour of the festival, which is being held to celebrate the friendships and “shared common spiritual heritage” between Bhutan and Thailand. Princess Mako Visits Bhutan
