That might explain why she exposes so much of her body to sunlight.

How mild could be a december londonian night to allow to get out nude shoulders? even for a very few meters (she does not walk more than a few meters). I think she is a strong person who does not feel very cold.
I think also for yesterday, that it is also because she just returned from a hot climate wearing light clothes, her body stocked sun and heat, and she might can not feel the temperature change so strongly.

Actually having returned from a hot climate recently, she would be more likely to feel the cold. Depending on how long one has been back, it takes time to adjust. Just like when you suddenly get to a hot climate, it takes a while for your body to adjust.I remember getting back from spending a semester studying in Cuba. We got off the airplane on tarmac and it could only have been maybe 0c though a bit of snowflakes so maybe -1, but I thought I'd freeze. Yesterday was same temp here and I didn't have a coat, was in a sweater.

I do love this "Look at that last picture. 99.9999% of the population would look absolutely awful under the same conditions – a candid shot, on a windy day, with her mouth wide open and her eyes half closed. Result? Movie star."

They did.
But on the whole, I think she is wise in the choices she makes. Diana became a fashion icon and that can be difficult to live up to, day in and day out.
Kate avoids this, her clothing tends to be pretty and appropriate for the event but never trendy or cutting edge, and she takes care to repeat wearings.

Why should women have to wear different new clothes all the time? Why can't they just wear a "uniform" of tailored suits for business events like men do. All that is expected of a man at a black tie event is that he wears a dinner suit but women are expected to dress up in expensive evening gowns and woe betide them if they wear the same one to another event soon afterwards.
Women dress up and have extensive wardrobes because society expects them to. Society expects women to dress up according to current fashion, and wear lots of different clothes, and that is why what they wear and how they look is commented upon. People buy magazines to see what the royal women are wearing.
I applaud Princess Anne's sensible attitude to clothing. It's the message that is important, not what the messenger is wearing, and in my opinion it behooves the messenger to set the tone by dressing in a way that indicates their serious intent and not dress up like a fashion model.

No one on this earth HAS to do anything. Kate either wants to have new stuff all the time (otherwise, why shop all the time) or she is not confident enough to be herself. I'm kind of worn out on her.

I think Kate is a wise women, she doesn't spend too mucht on clothes, she does recycle a lot, she does wear normal clothes when she is buying groceries or, shopping with her mother..she wears usable dresses, a bit more expensive but she can fford it, however I think that shes doesn't exaggerate... she is beeing a princess when she must and she knows how to be a "normal" person when she walks her dog...

I agree. Even royals need casual clothing for their down time. Kate appears to prefer dresses to suits and recycles them like most royal ladies around the world.

17 March 2014 - St Patrick's Day Parade
Today, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended a St. Patrick’s Day Parade with the 1st Battalion Irish Guards at Mons Barracks in Aldershot. Prince William is Colonel-in-Chief of the regiment. Kate presented sprigs of shamrock to officers and guardsmen, a century old tradition started by Queen Alexandra in 1901 and later carried out by the Queen Mother.

Kate is wearing a new "Persephone Trench" coat by Hobbs ( http://bit.ly/1iVcu3S), a hat by Gina Foster that she previously wore on Christmas Day of 2013 ( http://on.fb.me/1eKbL2q), and a broach that belonged to Queen Alexandra.

Yes but with a slightly longer hemline than she normally favors.
