I think Letizia's shoes are not formal enough for the occasion because the men are in suits. I also think it's appalling that she gets it wrong after being there for so long.

A lovely dress and look ruined by those awful pumps!

I'm not against espadrilles in general, especially wearing casual clothes during summer. But in this case, I think a pair of plain white stilettos would have been better.

The dress is nice, hair perfect, but the espadrilles really knock the whole look off-balance.

Leti's espadrilles are the new hair.

I don't know what it is in this case. There are espadrilles that look more attractive, but she seems to locate all the clunky ones.

As Prinsara points out, there are other espadrilles that are not clunky. With these she ends up looking ridiculous!

I don't care for the top part of the dress. It looks strange to me. The color is fine and the lower half is pretty. As always, lack of jewelry and hair style bring the look down.
