Ah, there is the Máxima we remember. And even Natan cooporated today, it is a lovely outfit, clean lines and a nice colour. The draped top works well with the sleek skirt. The hat is a repeat, created by Fabienne Delvigne from Brussels- where HM gets her best hats.
She looks very good, best outfit and look in a [very] long time.

I agree. This is one of her best looks for 2024 and I hope that she wears it again in the future.

No, it appears to be sateen or a similar fabric. Her gloves are leather, but I don't see a similarity in the two fabrics. Even if it were leather, she'd still look amazing.

Hopefully she also had a spring clean to rid the royal wardrobe of all the ghoulish pieces!

Queen Maxima has some questionable accessory choices, especially the crafty Etsy-looking necklaces she used in past events that don't match the rest of the outfit or the occasion.
