President Luis Guillermo Solís of Costa Rica continued his European tour in the Netherlands this week (he was previously in Spain before heading north Wednesday), where he and his wife were welcomed to Noordeinde Palace by the King and Queen on Thursday afternoon. At the Royal Palace of Madrid, the King and Queen of Spain have hosted a luncheon for the visiting Costa Rican President. President Luis Guillermo Solís and his wife Mercedes Peñas Domingo are currently on an official visit to Spain.
