Beatrice Borromeo Makes First Official Appearance Since Birth of Baby Stefano
She may have given birth to her first child, son Stefano, just three weeks ago, but Beatrice Borromeo looked lovely in a navy sequinned evening gown as she stepped out this evening to support the Princess Grace Foundation at the 63rd Annual Bal de la Rose.
Beatrice joined her husband, Pierre Casiraghi, and his mother and sister, Princess Caroline and Charlotte Casiraghi (who was wearing a dress borrowed from her mother), for the event. They posed for photographs as they arrived with Karl Lagerfeld, the creative director of Chanel who is a close friend of the Princess and assisted her in putting together this year’s ball.
Also present among the hundreds of guests were the Duke and Duchess of Castro.
The Rose Ball this year had the theme ‘Viennese Secession’ and saw Salle des Etoiles at Sporting Monte-Carlo decked out in Art Deco decor and a plethora of pink hued roses.
