Thanks, Eya.
A nice speech and the corporate sector really need a touch of conscience and consideration on a little more than immediate profit.
A pity such a mindset doesn't seem to have rubbed off on the finance sector, not least in the light of the infuriating and bizarre scandal that has hit (at least so far) Europe very hard where sheer and unrestricted greed by a number of people, backed by otherwise reputable banks, have plundered a number of countries for taxpayer money on a monumental scale!
The behavior of the finance sector in recent years have almost made me consider becoming a socialist!
Anyway, don't know how it is in your countries, but around here it has become high fashion to save the planet! And we all have to join in - whether we want to or not...
A great idea BTW, but some of the initiatives are a little comical IMO.
Fortunately this idea of helping to save the planet from calamity has been picked up by the industry and commerce - except for the banks of course...
And that's basically what this summit is all about.
So with a little bit of luck our grandchildren may after all not need boats to get around the streets in the future.

This Sunday the Crown Prince family will attend the Hubertus Hunt. (which is not a hunt anymore but a horse race)
more info
Hubertusjagt ved det kongelige jagtslot | Kongehuset
and this year, the Honorary prize will be under Mary's name, following the footsteps of Henrik and Ingrid
"This year, H.K.H. The Crown Princess hands the Honorary Prize to the winner of the Hubertus Hunts race. Thus, Her Royal Highness continues the tradition of Prince Henrik and Queen Ingrid to award the prize for hunting in his name, and so the prize will change this year to "H.K.H. Crown Princess Mary's Honorary Prize ".
the family usually follows the race on the balcony and carriage

That's great news!
Perhaps they will arrive in Frederik's new carriage? It's tall enough for everyone to see the family clearly.
And if there is any justice in this world they will bring along cousin Athena, to help Josephine entertaining us.

"...while Chrsitian opted to stay at home..."
He's thirteen and seeing horses running - big deal!
In contrast to Bella, who you probably couldn't keep away, Christian don't seem to have shown that big an interest in horses.

I believe the man sitting across from Mary during the carriage ride is one of her nephews. But I am not 100% certain.

Thank you to those who covered the Hubertus Hunt - nice to see Mary and the family there again; I hope Christian is alright given that he stayed at home (or, he may just be going through the typical teenage phase where he prefers staying in his room with Netflix and some snacks rather than attending family events ). I love Josephine's poncho! Very sweet and great for the cold weather that I can imagine has hit Denmark as well now. Josephine's a little character; she's added to my mental "royal children" picnic list, seeing her with Savannah Phillips, Mia Tindall, Princess Charlotte and Princess Leonore in the same room would certainly be a hoot!
