Victoria looks nice. I am not sure who is underdressed or overdressed here but I would prefer a more co-ordinated look.

If Victoria ere going for a stroll in the park, this look would have been great. I think a different color and style of trousers would have been a better choice for an engagement. The shoes are plain awful.

I think her outfit is fine for the occasion, but agree that it makes Daniel look a little overdressed in his suit.

If she had a different jacket/sweater/blazer, maybe in a knit, it would be ok.
Just because it's a Moncler jacket, and presumably expensive, doesn't sell it for me. It doesn't look chic or expensive.

I think its glued to his body, he might even sleep in it.
Victoria is seriously underdressed.

Well if you judge by the weather in Sweden the recent days you could think it´s october... Daniel look way overdressed for such an occasion imo.

Now that I've seen a video of the whole thing I think that Daniel was indeed overdressed. It appears they were walking/hiking along the whole path and I think Victoria's outfit is totally appropriate for that.

If they had been just walking at their love path, Victoria's outfit would have been fine IMO, but this was the inauguration of their wedding gift they received from WWF. The inauguration has been delayed for two years. Victoria could have had a nice pant suit, that would have been appropriate.

Nice dress and look for Crown Princess Victoria at the Mercedes-Benz Stockholm Fashion Week in Stockholm today, August 27, 2012:
** Full view ** Upper part 1 ** Upper part 2 **
Yesterday, August 26, at the ordination of a new bishop in Uppsala Cathedral, her look was a bit questionable as to her little hat
** Full view ** Close up **

Loved the dress for Fashion Week - well fitting and a great colour for Victoria.
I really don't like the hat for the Bishop ordination. It looks like a satellite dish on the side of her head. The suit is not really that well fitted either - it makes her look much bigger around the waist and hips than she actually is.

the fascinator worn at the church service is lovely which when worn the way Victoria did over the eye it looks very silly.

The un-fascinating fascinator at the Bishop’s ordination was placed at such an idiotic angle that it’s funny at best (all wrong for the occasion) and at worst so ghastly that you think someone got creative with silly photoshopping… those who are into the ‘Find a caption!’ game should have a field day.
Today’s cocktail dress comes in an interesting color but has a terrible fit of the top, her hair is glued to the scalp far too severely to be flattering to Victoria’s face shape, I find her eye make up heavy-handed and those odd gladiator wrist pieces are a strange way to accessorize… combined with rather ugly YSL platform sandals, not an elegant overall look, IMHO.

I agree with you about the fascinator from the church and the fit of the dress from Fashion Week. I like her accessories, though, and I think the hair was slicked so severely because she was going for kind of a futuristic look. Not my favorite though, I must say.

I quite like her outfit from the bishop ceremony, except the hat, it looked ridiculous! I like it much better this way.
Her outfit from the fashion show is not my favourite. The dress looks too big or ill-fitted, not sure. Though the colour is beautiful on her. Also don't like the shoes.
From a distance her hair and make-up look great, but this...

The hairdo is very unflattering! Nothing worse than a paltry bun, IMHO.
