Princess Tatiana Releases: A Taste of Greece: Recipes, Cuisine, Culture

Princess Tatiana of Greece has released her first cookbook today in Germany. ‘Zu Gast in Griechenland. Rezepte, Kueche & Kultur’ which translates into “A Taste of Greece: Recipes, Cuisine, Culture” is the books title.

Princess Tatiana was joined by her husband Prince Nikolaos of Greece and her mother Blanca Brillembourg.

In a recent interview with wwd.com, Princess Tatiana said “Taste” is not a cookbook of an individual chef but a mix of recipes of different chefs and ex-pats “Those with a shared love of Greece,”

Sales of the book will go to Boroume which translates to “We Can”. Its’s a non-profit organization that donates meals all over Greece and raises awareness on how to reduce food waste.
