Prince Andrew Named in US Underage Sex Civil Suit

Prince Andrew, the Duke of York has been named in a lawsuit filed in Florida revolving around Jeffrey Epstein’s underage sex solicitation.

According to the court documents, the woman alleges she was “forced to have sexual relations with this prince when she was a minor” on several occasions between 1999 and 2002.

The lawsuit is part of an ongoing legal battle between women who claim they were used as underage sex slaves by Epstein and prosecutors. Presently, four women, who have chosen to remain anonymous, are involved in the suit. Jane Doe 3 is the one who filled the motion that mentions Prince Andrew.

The Duke and Epstein were known friends for many years prior to the latter’s conviction after a plea deal in 2008. It was reported in 2011 that the Duke had cut off contact with Epstein.

Buckingham Palace issued a brief statement, in which they state that “any suggestion of impropriety [in regards to Prince Andrew] with underage minors is categorically untrue”, and that they would not provide lengthy comment due to the ongoing civil and legal proceedings.
