Prince Harry made a trip to Twickenham this afternoon, to attend a training session of runners who will be competing in the London Marathon in April.

The Prince is patron of the event, and meet with a number of runners who will be raising funds for several of his other charities, including the Rugby Union’s Injured Players Foundation, MapAction and Walking with the Wounded.

He watched around sixty runners train in the Twickenham Rugby Stadium, cheering them on from the sidelines with their families and staff. Harry then went down to the changing rooms at the conclusion of the session, where she spoke with the runners and approved of a suggestion that he might start training his nephew, Prince George, to participate in the Marathon.
