Yes, a very casual "I wasn't expecting my husband to call me on stage" kind of look.

The Duchess of Sussex at the reception for the 50th anniversary of the Investiture of the Prince of Wales today, March 5 (Amanda Wakeley coat):

I love the look. The dress is very beautiful and divine print.
Overdressed, underdressed. She is new at this. This casual outfit could have been a lot better. Not a fan of blue and black. The slacks don't look great.
I agree with you on all counts, she is much older and been working much longer than a lot of previous new royalsAlmost 18 months on the job, 9 of it officially... she is no longer “new at this”. Hack even 9 months is no longer “new”.
I keep on saying: she’s 37 years old (supposedly astute and world savvy and kind and smart), it’s long overdue for her to grow up and get a stylist who can help her dress for the occasion of her new job and life. This is another example of how ill fitting Jessica is as her stylist now.(..)
I agree...there've been some I haven't cared for ...but nothing has been inappropriate.

Eh, not my favourite look(all British though - shoes are old).
However, is that a brooch I am seeing? That's a first for Meghan, isn't?
I don't trust my eyesight too much when it comes to spotting small details in photos but I'm wondering if the "brooch" that Meghan was wearing is perhaps the same as the button on the lapel that Harry wore the other day making his speech?
Sorry folks I haven’t been able to link pictures directly as I’m on my phone:
