I already commented on the kimono Princess Mako is wearing, which is beautiful, but I don't care for the leaf print dress at all. The print overwhelms her, and the style doesn't do her justice. It looks as though she is borrowing a dress from an older and larger sister.

I appreciate the leaf print dress simply because it's different from what Princess Mako usually wears. She wore printed dresses (also, somewhat aging) in Brazil last year but not much for events in Japan.
