The jacket is lovely, simple and a clean cut. I don't see how it matches the dress. The dress print is unflattering IMO.

Worn like this, its a miss for me. The dress itself might be ok but it doesnt work neither with the jacket nor with the accessories.

The jacket and dress don't go together at all. The cut of the jacket is very flattering, and the dress itself looks interesting, but I don't think I like it on her.

It's an elegant look but definitely not one of my Top 10 favourite looks of the Crown Princess.
The thing that bothers me most is the dress, or more precisely, it's high collar: I am not sure it goes well with the long jacket.
The combination of delicate cream and harsh black isn't my cup of tea either. Love the accessories though, especially the beautiful brooch.

Funny, I think it is exactly what makes her outfit so elegant. A good example of how different taste are

Tastes do and should vary: otherwise we'd be a very boring society indeed.
I think Mary wore the purple version of this hat for a recent wreath-laying ceremony (in July or August, if I'm not mistaken).

I have always loved this outfit. Very elegant! And this girl certainly knows how to wear a hat, she looks always great with them.
