March 17, 1997: Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother was joined by Luxembourg’s Grand Duke Jean for the presentation of shamrocks to the 1st Battalion Irish Guards in the traditional St Patrick’s Day ceremony at the Elizabeth Barracks in Surrey.
