A New Grandson for Infanta Pilar, Days After Son’s Wedding

Hola! reports in their magazine this week that Infanta Pilar’s youngest son, Fernando Gómez-Acebo, married his girlfriend Nadia Halamandari on May 31 in a small ceremony in the bride’s native Greece.

They also report that the couple welcomed their first child, a son named Nicolás, five days later on June 5. The infant weighed in at a health 3.7kg. He is the tenth grandchild of Infanta Pilar, sister of former King Juan Carlos.

Fernando and Nadia began dating last summer according to media reports after being introduced by friends in 2014.
