Today, September 14, King Willem-Alexander opened the new building of Everyone, a social development company of the municipality of Groningen that supports people with their first step towards work:

I thought it was already functioning. I was in Noordwijk last week and the wind turbines are rather visible from the beach. Although it is necessary it is rather ugly.
