Well considering their visit has been composed solely of political/business events wearing bright colours would have been very out of place.

Both fields are conservative by nature.

Finally some color, the white skirt is alovely choice with the jacket. Maybe this is a start of colorful pieces:D

Jacket recycled from;

I do understand but you can wear fun outfits, abit colorful for buisness/political events imo.

I dont mean bright colors as in yellow & orange, but a nice black pencil skirt with a burgendy top or Something like this (balqis) or even this (Humera). I dont think this was about the events she attended becasue recently or for a while her outfits have been grey & black.

March 12, 2008 in Jordan. Queen Rania wore a creamy/white coat with a white top underneth & a pair of black pants.

Isn't that the coat she wore in Saudi Arabia a while back?

The white/creamy coat worn by Queen Rania is understated, yet so chic.:wub:The embossed flowery pattern on the cloth adds soft feminine touch to this trench.

As chelsea has pointed out, this is a repeat from a year ago, worn at the Jeddah Economic Forum on February 25, 2007
I have a feeling it has been worn to a third event as well but I could be wrong, perhaps it was something similar.

March 5, 2008 prior to a luncheon and meeting.

Lovely outfit.Skirt length is just right, jacket is very pretty & for once im not bothered about the belt, but think a black patent one wouldve looked great as well.

Here's a bigger picture of this outfit.
QR seems to be wearing three layers on top. She's wearing a white dress shirt underneath but the long sleeves under the jacket are black, perhaps its a black dress and not a skirt.

She has something very similar to the short grey jacket, in black:
December 17, 2006 and December 4, 2007

Actually I have seen that grey jacket Rania wore in the U.S. in the shops. It is by Celine and from Autumn / Winter 2006 - 2007. The jacket is grey with half the sleeves being in black.

Queen Rania in a short sleeve recycled grey jacket, long sleeved white top and a white skirt/dress. Im not too fond of the look, the long sleeves doesnt look good or work with the look. COuld be that the jacket sleeve is abit too long for the look. I think it wouldve worked better if the jacket sleeve wouldve been shorter or 3/4.

dazzling !
Special thanks for posting photos of Queen Rania!:flowers::flowers:
As for the outfit, Her Majesty looked somewhat sportif. The business style of ensemble corresponded with the event. Generally, I am not keen on jackets with short sleeves, but I have to say that
Her Majesty pulled off it reasonably well.

I actually didn't mind the long-sleeved top but I would have preferred a different jacket. I don't think the colour goes well with the rest of the outfit.

love the last outfit..tough you are right the short sleeves look a bit..well lets say uncommon..(to me) but the rest is a good and clear combination.like her straight outfits..she loos awesome most of the time
thanx for posting those pics too

dazzling,thanks for the wonderful pics!:flowers:
She is always fashionable lady! Her suit is really wonderful!

QRania look nice i like the jaket and the skirt too,but the sleeves ....don't thing look good with the look.

March 19, 2008 Rania in a grey jacket with big round buttons which looked very fun and grey pants with a white top.

I absolutely love this outfit:wub:: urban, simple, elegant, and at the same time, somewhat causal. The jacket with oversized buttons and 3/4 sleeves (I hope I am not mistaken about the sleeves)nicely complemented wide-leg pants.

Nice outfit. The shoes on the other hand...

She looks fabulous!

Im not liking the outfit. I dont find it flattering at all. The short sleeve top/jacket doesnt look well matched with the skirt. The belt is nice though looks out of place. There is a huge contrast between the jacket/coat worn ove rthe outfit which I also dont like. I think this was a miss

Funny I loved it, the flowy skirt was nice and the blouse a smart touch.

a strange combition of colours:black, brown and deep blue doesn't look elegant at all, however i am glad she removed the belt this time and i have say the jacket is nice but i wish she wore it with something else.
she really need help with colours i don't like at all the dark colours she wore lately would be nice to see her again in green, red or even yellow and pink.

salma,
Thanks for the photo!:flowers:
Well... the whole outfit is a rather strange
colour combination. Perhaps, it is a new trend in fashion we are unaware of. I do not like the ensemble at all. Queen Rania's make up and hair looked nice though.
