Oh I love that. Dashing off a blessing to the BRF and the people of the UK just because he was flying through their airspace on his way to Ireland. This is a guy that thinks of everybody. :D
 
The Pope accompanied by the Archbishop of Dublin paid a visit to the Capuchin Day Centre in Dublin this afternoon.

 
The Pope attended a festival at Croke Park yesterday evening infront of 80,000 people.


Today the Pope has headed west to the Marian Shrine at Knock.

The Pope arrived in Knock County Mayo earlier on a very wet morning.


The Pope returned to Dublin for an open air Mass in the Phoenix Park and announced that the next World Meeting of Families to be held in...Rome in 2021. Over 130,000 attended that Mass.The Pope is now at a Dominican Convent in Dublin meeting with the Irish Hierarchy.

According to TASS, Russian Orthodox Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk is to meet with Pope Francis on Friday, October 19, to discuss issues of the churches in Ukraine.

ROME, October 19. /TASS/. Chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, had a private audience with Pope Francis on Friday. His Eminence Hilarion earlier told TASS that the meeting had been planned, while the Holy See Press Office circulated the list of the pontiff’s visitors, a representative of the Russian Orthodox Church was mentioned among them.
