Victoria her and other talents. She can surf! In a previously unknown picture, the Crown Princess is in full surfing outfit - with E-Type and Ernst Billgren!
Victoria loves being out in nature and when she can combine the fresh air with some kind of physical activity she feels at her best. But that our Swedish crown princess has taken diving certificate, few people know!
A, previously unknown, picture of Victoria was recently shown in SVT. The picture represents Victoria, artist Martin “E-Type” Eriksson, friend Caroline Nilsson (formerly Kreuger) and artist Ernst Billgren. The photo appeared in the program "Äkta Billgrens". It was when her daughter Elsa, who is an influencer and blogger at ELLE, tells that family members spend time in very different circles.
- For example, Dad has taken a diving certificate with Crown Princess Victoria, she says as an example.
Where the company is and what year the diving certificate was taken, we cannot find out in the program. But E-Type, who is a good friend of Ernst Billgren, performed on Victoria's birthday in 2001 so sometime around the turn of the millennium, we have to assume that the picture was snapped.

"First meeting between me and the Crown Princess. The year was 1997 and the site was Hembygdsgården in Norsjö. The years go by and you don't immediately become younger. When I got to be the presenter in connection with the Crown Princess's province hike in Västerbotten, which included took her to Norsjö, 20 years after our first meeting she said laughing: we are back at the crime scene Roger. In Norsjö she also, for the first time in her life, enjoyed a parisare. She thought it was so good so she asked for another one. I understand her".

Roger Lundgren was born in Norsjö. He has written books of queen Silvia, queen Ingrid and princess Sibylla.
Parisare is a dish and variant of hamburgers consisting of a thick sausage that is cut into centimeter thick slices, grilled and served between hamburger breads. Common accessories are mustard, ketchup and boston cucumber. Parisare is most common in street kitchens and in northern Sweden.

From the archive: Tbt until October 2009 when I waited and waited for the picture .... If you have spent more than 15 years as a royal photographer and moved around the world you know that being sent from Swedish media sometimes you get a bonus. Now the tour had come to glassy Monte Carlo. Crown Princess Victoria was going to a charity gala with the then Prince Albert of Monaco (he will be returning later in this series). Victoria arrived last and as usual the photographers went bananas. Everyone was screaming for a look. When all the gap throats got their picture, the photo opportunity was over and Victoria went up the stairs to the casino. My German, French, Italian, British and Spanish colleagues started packing their stuff. As I am a little cunning, I continued to watch the Crown Princess through the camera. And! Then! Suddenly! She turns around, looks into my camera and smiles. and the image is mine. Everyone else missed it. To my great joy. The moral is that you should always run the memory card right into the tile. PS This is one of my absolute favorite pictures of Victoria that I have taken over the years.

"The Swedish Crown Princess Victoria and I play wheelchair floorball June 3, 2003. A few days before me and my team TelgeVikings won Swedish National Championship in Wheelchair Floorball. The Crown Princess comes to visit us for the Victoria Foundation. The picture was taken by photographer Magnus Grimstedt at newspaper Länstidningen Södertälje. The picture was later praised for the picture collection "A day in Sweden", a book with 235 selected pictures (out of 24000). The Crown Princess' visit and the picture was published on Länstidningen's first page. The visit was also broadcast several times during the year on Swedish television SVT."

Thanks for all the photos LadyFinn. Victoria has a particular way of smiling and the lens seems to be able to catch it. Her face lights up, her eyes sparkle and her smile could and does melt the hearts of thousands. She truly has a Megawatt smile and I can only assume that the Crown Princess of Sweden is an optimist with a definite "glass half full" frame of mine.

To be able to smile like she does she must feel happy in the depths of her heart and that has to be such a wonderful plus to the people of Sweden to know that despite all her very real obstacles when growing up, she has overcome them all and has a real and steady platform from which she shares her passion for all her patronages and the obligations of the SRF. All in all, it seems she is a very busy working woman, wife and mother.
