It’s School Time for the Young Belgians
Today, Monday September 2, Belgium’s young royals started their first day of the 2019-2020 school year.
King Philippe accompanied Princess Eléonore, 11, at the Sint-Jans Berchmans College. The youngest daughter of the Royal Couple is starting her final year in primary school.
In the meantime Queen Mathilde dropped off Prince Emmanuel, 13, at the Eureka School in Kessel-Lo, an educational institution for children with learning difficulties. The Prince is starting secondary school.
Were missed Princess Elisabeth, 17, and Prince Gabriel, 16.
The eldest daughter of the Royal Couple is already in Wales where this week will start her second and final year at the UWC Atlantic College.
Prince Gabriel this year changed school, he is no longer at the Sint-Jan-Berchmanscollege, but he has already started the school last week at the International School of Brussels in Watermael-Boitsfort.
For the occasion the Belgian Royal Court released two picture of the four children posing at the Castle of Laeken.
