The ceremony was attended by the seven children of Otto and Regina – Andrea, Monika, Michaela, Gabriela, Walburga, Karl andGeorg – and their families, lead by the eldest son Karl, the present Head of the Family. The 97-years-old widower of the Archduchess, Otto, didn’t attend the funeral of his beloved wife, to whom he had been married for nearly 59 years.

Several members of the (very large) Imperial Family were present too; among them were Otto’s brother Archduke Rudolph with his wife Anna-Gabriele; Archduchess Yolande (Otto and Regina’s sister in law, widow of Otto’s brother Carl Ludwig) with her children Alexandra, Mrs. Riesle, and Carl Christian with his wife Marie Astrid; Archduke Lorenz, Prince of Belgium, and his brother Archduke Martin.

Many were the representatives of the foreign Royal Houses and other noble Families, among whom were the Duke of Bavaria, Prince Rasso of Bavaria, the Duke of Braganca, the Margravine of Baden, Fürst Alexander of Schaumbrug-Lippe, Duke Friedrich of Württemberg, Hereditary Count Erich zu Waldburg zu Zeil und Trauchburg, Prince Fritz von Thurn und Taxi; the mother of Archduchess Francesca, Fiona Campbell-Walter, former wife of Baron Hans Heinrich Thyssen-Bornemisza, was also present.
