The article didn't mention anything about him studying abroad, it said he was at boarding school.

ABC News had an story on the King's Boarding school. I enjoyed learning about the King's own experience at Deerfield and I hope that the students at the school will gain from this opportunity to work and study together in this environment. Perhaps it will produce a future prime minister, industrialist, or entrpenuer. Plus, I had an opportunity to hear King Abdullah speak English for the first time. I found his English to have a mix of American and British pronunciations. He has a very pleasant voice.

Yes but Iman wore this thoub during 10th anniversary event (June 10). This photo was taken in her school.

We don´t know perhaps 2007 because this pic was released by the Royal Palace as the King celebrated his 46th birthday on January 30, 2008.

There are many pictures that belong to my favourites. The picture of the right, Rania and her first born, is such a tender picture. I also like the pic of the left, more precisely I like all pictures from this photoshoot. The picture in the middle is also beautiful, also the picture of Rania kissing Salma and last I like picture of Abdullah with his daughters. Oh and I forgot, picture of Hashem. He smiles so cute.
