The americam one was and sitill is an actress Morgan Fairchild.

Was their relationship that serious H.M. Magrethe? Why don't you like her? I mean has she done or said anything unapropriate for a Crown Princess?

Yes their relationship was serious but Maria was never asceped by Queen Margrethe,Queen Ingrid and the court and Frederik had to go to Paris to work at the Danish embassy wher he met Bettina Ødum and his reoationship with Maria finaliy ende.
After their break up Maria tolde the press that she had to go to a therapist because the court and the 2 queens never asceped her.

I don't know much about Frederik's other relationships besides Mary, so was he engaged to anyone else? Was there anyone that people really thought would be the Crown Princess, kind of like Kate Middleton was thought of in England?

I as a Fijian from the South Pacific and a neighbour to Australia, is very proud of Mary. I have gone thru all the pictures of CP Frederick's ex girlfriends, Mary is the most beautiful and not only that she is intellingent (university graduate) and has got a professional career which is widely respected throughout the world.

lol. He dated Morgan Fairchild? She's old enough to be his grandmother, non. When I see the list of ex-girlfriends, I see an equal opportunity dater. Some are beautiful, some are pretty, and others are quite unattractive. He was lucky to find Mary, imo. Even though Mary did not look her best back then, he still saw something special and what was to come.

Hi!
Madeleine Bonde is a Swedish Nobilty. She is not to bad looking, I loved Katja when Frederik was involved with her. I was sad that they had to break up with each other. I like Mary too and Denmark is going to have a future goodlooking queen. She was the best of them all ecept for Madeleine Bonde
