The Princess Caroline certainly has her flaws - and maybe I wouldn't say, exactly that she looks "amazing" yet..... she puts herself together so well (I'd say at least 99% of the time) and she dresses in clothes that fit her perfectly,and her hair is looking very chic, she manages to exude a HOTNESS that defies her age.

But of course, one wishes that she could kick that awful smoking habit. One wishes that every smoker would stop smoking cigarettes. But this is her vice. It's not good,but we all have something, or some things, we struggle with.

Wake up, of course she does, in a sensible way. She, for instance, does not have one single line around the lips, which is very unusual for a heavy smoker.
She looks OK, but she could look better, and that has nothing to do with smoking or botox. It seems her dress sense has left her the last years and especially when she has a "hairdo", she goes wrong.

She is not doing anything, it is obvious. Look at the skin around her yes! Her eyelids are fallen! This is the most urgent to do if she does something, but she is not doing anything! It is her choice, bad or god, but is A CHOICE

So everybody, according to this brazilian website,Caroline is traveling to Rio de Janeiro to celebrate the new year. they also mentioned that Andrea and Charlotte might be going with her, but didn't say anything on whether or not Pierre will be there. they say that Caro would only confirm the trip on the last minute because of her "security". I thought this was a bit weird and don't know how much this can be trusted. this website is quite famous for lying. but here's the link in case anyone wants to see:

Well, we know Tatiana is Columbian. I think Andrea and Tatiana used to go to the White Party in Brazil (maybe her mother, now, lives there?) - but Caroline is free to do as she pleases this time around, so maybe she is traveling somewhere different this year. I believe that Charlotte has also attended that White party in the past...so, maybe parts of this report are true...

^ Well Tatiana is actually half brazilian and half colombian. I believe she was born in Colombia, but her mother is Brazilian. Also Charlotte has def. been in Rio for the new year before (I believe it was 2009 or 2008) as have Andrea and Tati (as horseygal mentioned), but I don't know why Caroline would have to announce where she was going...that's kind of strange.

She was born in NYC, raised up in Geneva/Paris (Europe). Her father is colombian and her mother is brazilian.

Tatiana's mother, Vera, lives both in Paris and Rio. Vera is Brazilian. She partly raised Tatiana and Tatiana's brother Julio in Rio, that is how they knew the Dellals as children. But Vera and Julio, Sr. sent the kids to Europe for their education, and of course they always had homes in Paris, and New York. But really Tatiana's parents, I think, prefer Paris to NYC. Especially the mother. Her father is dead now, sadly, I think he died from cancer in 2009? Yes, just before the Rose ball in 2009, that was why Andrea and Tatiana weren't there. They had the funeral to attend.

Tatiana is more Brazilian than she was ever Colombian, I think, because she has never really known Colombia. I wonder if she has ever been to Bogota! I doubt it. Probably, the only part of Colombia she knows is the SDs private island, what's it called? The one where Andres & Lauren got married?

Tatiana was born in NYC according to Vanity Fair, in that "Fortune's Children" special they did back in 2009. But she spent a lot of time in Geneva, it's true, because she attended Rosey before going onto to Paris to do the IB. Then she went to American University in London (aul.edu) and then the New School. I don't think Caro will go for Christmas or New Year to Brazil this time. That was when Andrea was so sticked to Tatiana. Now, as they seem a little more...er...separated? Caroline might spend the festivities somewhere else.

I bet some of the family/couples, like Andrea/Tatiana and Charlotte/Alex, and the Dellals do go to Brazil, maybe not this week but perhaps in the new year. It's a nice place to go for the winter months and they always enjoyed it when they went before. The Dellals have a famous home at Ipanema Beach and the Casiraghis have stayed at the Fasano whenever they go there. I can see Caro there.... But maybe it is not true. Even so, I wouldn't be surprised either way.
Even if Andrea and Tatiana aren't as close as they were, the Casiraghis still have the Dellals, for better or for worse. There doesn't seem to be any breech there. But I think Andrea and Tatiana are still 'together'. I don't know why. Maybe they are trying a Wills and Kate, like on purpose not being 'together' in public so they can keep things private. When they do things together, like walk the dog, the paps have a way of catching it, but I guess the pics of just Andrea, or just Tatiana doing something are worth less. There is less story potential, I guess.

Have you noticed that when she is in Rio she always has a bodyguard stuck too her. It must be so stressful...
I am sure Brazil is a wonderful country for people like us who are not rich and have nothing to fear... but if I was rich and famous like the casiraghis, I'm not sure I would enjoy so much myself in a place where you can't walk around on your own :-(

Well, I think that Charlotte's quite used to it by now. I've seen her and her body guard in St. Tropez! So I think she doesn't even care anymore. But it's really important that she's not on her own, especially 'cause the city of Rio was at war like a few weeks back. And they're still at it. And even if they weren't, the city is quite dangerous sometimes unfortunately. So I don't think she'd have it any other way. Yet, I'm sure she enjoys the time she spends in Rio! I mean, how can you not enjoy it there?

Thanks, they all appear relaxed and having fun - and, it appears that Andrea is letting his hair grow a bit longer, again....which I like!! Where is Bea, then?

Bodyguards follow her even when she´s in Paris. It is not which country is more dangerous but who they are.

Thanks rereh. They always spend the holiday season in winter, so this is such a nice place for a change. Thay can go anywhere but they chose Rio. They must be really close to the Dellals.
