Gala dinner for the 18th birthday of Princess Ingrid Alexandra

The official birthday celebrations for Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway started this thurday. Altough the princess celebrated her 18th birthday in January, the official events have been postponed due to the COVID pandemic.

The gala dinner was hosted by the Norwegian government in the new library in Oslo. The princess wore a strapless, ivory and polka-dot gown which was fashioned out of layers upon layers of tulle. She was accompanied by Norway’s Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre.

Among the gusts were King Harald, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette Marit with their children Marius and Prince Sverre Magnus, Princess Martha Louise and her future husband Durek Verrett and Princess Astrid.
