Cheltenham Festival Gets Some Royal Visitors
It’s that time of year again, and members of the British Royal Family have attended the first two days of the annual Cheltenham Festival.
The Duchess of Cornwall was there today accompanied by her two children, Tom Parker-Bowles and Laura Lopes, and their spouses Sara and Harry. The group showed a wide range of emotions while watching the races from the royal box – Tom appeared to have backed a winner in one of the races based on his jubilant fist pump at one stage.
Camilla – in a olive green tweed coat and fur hat – later headed down into the paddock to present the trophy for the Betway Queen Mother Champion Chase, which was won by the mount Dodging Bullets ridden by Sam Twinston-Davies.
Zara Phillips was also present for the second day running.

THANKS FOR YOUR GOOD WORKS
I’d like to remind you that the children of the Duchess of Cornwall are not members of the Royal Family, they are just relatives of some of its members. Members of the RF are those who are relatives of the Queen through lines of descent from former Sovereigns. Because of that, the Queen’s maternal cousins are also not members of the Royal Family.
