Was the visit by Zelensky a surprise?
 
I do not know if it was known beforehand, but president Zelensky attended June's EPC meeting in Moldova. Last year's (first) EPC meeting in Prague he attended by video link. The EPC was founded after and due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
 
So it's meant to be the technical reformation of whatever Russia was expelled from?

On a lighter note, it's probably harder to find a greater height difference within a very wide radius than between the King and Zelensky (or even a tonal one with Felipe's softer and reedier voice vs. Zelensky's deep smoker's rasp).
 
Today, the King and Queen of Spain visit the areas affected by the Tenerife forest fire, meet with the mayors of the municipalities and meet with the representatives of the affected sectors.

This evening, November 21, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended an event for the 25th anniversary of the newspaper "La Razón" at the newspaper's headquarters in Madrid:

It certainly seems to be the season for journalism awards in Madrid.
