I think this is the most beautiful dress she's ever worn (well apart from her wedding gown that is )


And yes, Laurent does smile. He laughs a lot and often makes jokes, that's what he's known for in Belgium, but on official occasions he often looks serious and annoyed. Claire always looks more relaxed, she can adapt anywhere!

It's not like she had a choice. If they appeal her to come help nd count the votes in her community, she has to, or she must pay a fine.
