How can any child receive too much attention from their parents?

In every picture I've ever seen of her, she has been behaving in a charmingly appropriate manner. No melt-downs, no hissy fits, no tantrums- remarkable for a 1 1/2 year old baby to be so good at high-profile structured events.

I disagree as well; she seems quite curious and interested in what happens around her; she seems to feel quite self-confident for her age, but that is an asset. I think Daniel particularly cares for that.

I would not be surprised that V&D investigate how she can best be made familiar with public appearances as soon as possible. I think everything evolves softly.
I hope however she will get at least one sibling. I would not be surprised that it is recommended, in their situation, to have a certain difference in age with a next child, which would establish in a clear and natural way that she is the eldest, and therefore the heir, since I guess that idea will inevitably be floating around in the family relationship.

So true! At Madeleine's wedding she was fab :) She's always the star!!

This year King Carl XVI Gustaf celebrates forty years as regent. The anniversary commemorated in a different show at the Royal Dramatic Theatre on November 23, starting with the King's interest and involvement in nature and environmental issues. It will be a journey through forty years of environmental issues - from a dazed awakening in the 1970s to today's global climate conferences. A meeting between art and science which talks, plays and musical elements are interspersed with clips from the TV archives. And where we are constantly looking to the future.

I disagree. To me, she comes across as friendly, curious, and full of personality. Of course her family loves her and showers her with attention: she's smart, sweet, and obviously is already a little charmer. She IS the only child in the family right now, but she definitely has a younger cousin on the way and will probably have at least one younger sibling come along sooner or later.

OMG!! I'm w/you on that one LadyFinn. I really hope that's not photoshopped because we've been waiting a good long time for a picture like this. Awesome find!!

As for Estelle being spoiled...Considering who said it, why am I not surprised!?! Consider the source and then do what I did a few years ago and put it on ignore. You are only giving him what he wants, a reaction and derailing the thread.

Although, I did get a good laugh out of his antics this time. Of all the Royal Children to call spoiled...ROTFLOL!!
 
I am really really excited by that picture- I really hope it is not photoshopped!!

As for Estelle being spoiled- I think she is loved a lot. I also think that they may treat her differently when she is out in front of the cameras because they don't want her to have a melt down- which would cause her to draw more attention. I have not seen anything that sticks out to me as her being spoiled- she is a little kid who is curious.

I use Google for searching and check regularly the websites of photo agencies. And also from Twitter and Facebook one can find information of the events.
