There seems to be a misunderstanding - the Ditjes en Datjes website did not write that Countess Eloise is pregnant. :flowers: It reported that a (female) good friend of the countess wrote on Instagram: "Yes, the rumors are true. Elo and I are expecting a baby." One of the articles speculates that the two friends are collaborating on a project (the friend is a model).

It will be interesting to see whether he will continue his company, take a gap year or start a (university) study (although I guess he could combine the latter two with the first).
 
Thanks! Havent seen it in the Dutch media yet. I wonder which campus he will go to: Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin or Warsaw.

Yes. So, I wouldn't be surprised if he indeed goes to Paris but wouldn't rule out the others ones either. If he would want to learn an additional language that might factor in as well (although I assume the program itself is taught in English at all campuses).
 
Claus-Casimir's mother, Laurentien, is fluent in French as she was educated at the Lycée Français in Tokyo, Japan. That was when her father was the Permanent Representative (Ambassador) of the EU in Japan.

Claus-Casimir's father, Prince Constantijn, had his post-graduate MBA at the Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France.

Claus-Casimir himself lived in mainly francophone Brussels. It would surprise me if the jeune comte would not be able to understand, speak and write in French.

I wouldn't be surprised if he indeed speaks French. That could either be a reason to go the France (to make sure he keeps speaking it because he might not have used it much in the last few years) OR to pick a different city to learn another foreign language.

I believe they had an award for vloggers/ online people. So she may have been one of the many nominees.

If somebody would have predicted 5 years ago to see a granddaughter of Queen Beatrix at such an event I would have declared that person insane. But here we are.

Could be. The young woman is apparently studying in the same business school. At least that is linked on her instagram page.

I clicked on the profile of the woman in the 2nd photo and she is named Anastasia Karanikolaou (25). She must be a social media star as she has 11 million followers and according to google she became famous due to a connection with Kylie Jenner.

We have to thank the Lord on our bare knees that the gravinfluencer is not The Princess of Orange. Pfff.


At the same time: if the highborn lady Eloïse Sophie Beatrix Laurence gravin van Oranje-Nassau, jonkvrouw van Amsberg was the Number Two now (after her father Prince Constantijn, who would be the direct successor to King Willem-Alexander) then she would never have "enjoyed" all this freedom to be a silly gravinfluencer.
 
Eloise without the trema, as she points out in her post about the list ;).

We can be thankful indeed.
