Yes I can still picture the teddy Charles got when he was born.

I am sure Charles will think it only fair his little brother share the dog with him. Big brother teaching the little man how to share early.

It shouldn't be too hard to put the dog up high enough for Charles not to be able to meddle with it. There is no reason to give it to Charles to play with - I am sure he has enough toys of his own.
