I think we have to get used to the fact that both those ladies like to reveal their assets.
I think they and we, have to accept that their 'assets' seem to be southbound! :ROFLMAO:

they both have big arms and not toned at all
Big arms can be quite usefull ;):)
Roslyn, you are welcome :)

After the show several guests went to the Cipriani restuarant, here's
one of Sarah ---> Pic
You can see one of Bea in her own thread :)

Sarah looks great in that last pic. At the fashion show, I didn't like her D&G gown at all, but that Garrard sapphire was WOW!
Compare the one Sarah is wearing --> here (Daily Mail) and this one (Garrard website). I don't think it's the same, but.... it looks like Bea is wearing this one (Garrard)
You can see Bea's fairly well here (DM)
What do you think?

I think their appearance at a fashionshow is really stupid even though it is for a good cause and posing next to naomie who has a criminal record. Beatrice should make herself less accessible, that would be more dignified. Chose a different way to make a difference

I have to say that I think Sarah looks very good in this pic: http://i11.tinypic.com/67ywis4.jpg The jacket is a great cut on her, the hair is fantastic, the smile is genuine, a little too much eyeliner/mascara but overall, she looked good.

Don't like this pic of Bea: http://i17.tinypic.com/4kaqk55.jpg she looks like she may be ready to pull a "Princess Diva" type moment

TOTALLY unflattering gowns. http://i2.tinypic.com/538egs0.jpg for the Duchess and the Princess. Nice gems, though.

http://i18.tinypic.com/4m9z7l2.jpg hippy

Here's the thing---they are both hippy, with big arms. Now, a lot of us have similar figures ;) and that is wonderful. But, the problem with these gowns is all on the top. With their assets, the York ladies need to not have straps and criss-cross things at their arms and bodices. They would look great in strapless gowns. I'd like to see that. The whole line of their bodies are being broken up needlessly with all those straps.
Of the two, Sarah looks the best. Bea's beautiful, but she generally looks as if she has an attitude. She needs to project something more positive if she's going to put herself in the public eye like this.

GREAT link to Garrads.

Great pictures, Iceflower! I especially like the first one of Sarah. I do love their red hair.

Ah, the curse of gravity.

I'm glad I wasn't the first to comment on this. Maybe gowns w a bit of a sleeve would detract from their arms a bit.

Thanks for the links, CasiraghiT. Pss B's eyes look ginormous here. But but her and her mother look alot better than NC - ewwww.

I agree w pretty much everything here. Mabye it's just the photos and not actually the dress that makes Pss B look unusually plump. Often the angle at which a photo is taken can really alter the perception of it.

I think the Duchess looks happy than ever. Wish you the best Sarah!! I think that she should cut her hair a little bit. I have memories of her with short hair in the early 90's and she looked great.

Yes, Sarah looks great in black. It slims her. She also tends to look really good in pant suits, esp. if they have those vertical pinstripes, and also I like those tight black jeans she wore recently. I forgot the event. It was posted by iceflower on the preceding page.

Casiraghi Trio--I love your new avatar!
yes, she does look good in pantsuits. I'd like to see her jazz it up a bit sometimes, but she can't seem to do that without going over board! However, she looked good this time around!

It seems to be Sarah's favourite outfit at the moment as she
wore it again last night like she did only a few days ago ;):):

I do wish someone would tell her that the drop waist trouser look is meant for young women, she needs to lose the belt, it really makes the outfit look weird. I'm afraid the pale pink lipstick and straight leg trouser don't do a lot for her either, all IMO. :D

She does look awkward in that last pic. I have to agree with Sky on that one. Pale pink lipstick simply does not work with her complexion and red hair. The trousers, the body clinging top....
Nevertheless, she looks as though she is happy and relaxed, so that's a plus.
Happy and relaxed are very good things! :)

THat outfit looks nice--from a little above the waist up. The jacket cut is good, and neckline not so bad-but like Skydragon said--the belt and the waist are just too young for her, the leg doesn't look like it fits right and pointy-toed shoes are not in vogue anymore. And, that picture is not the most flattering one I've seen of her face, either. The pink lipstick makes her look washed out, she needs some color on her cheeks, etc..... I am tired of the outfit already.
I hate to be so nitpicky with Sarah, because she has come a long way since 1986--but she is still making similar mistakes and now she's influencing her daughters bad fashion choices!

....and now she's influencing her daughters bad fashion choices!

I wonder about that. My recollection of being a teenage girl was that I'd look at fashion magazines and what others were wearing and decide what I wanted to wear. The very last person I would be influenced by was my mother.

It is possible that Beatrice & Eugenie have simply inherited Sarah's questionable taste in clothes, hairstyles, make-up etc., and they all really think they look wonderful.

I think Sarah looks great here. Thanks, Ice. The bit of a wave to her hair is very flattering and softens up her face a bit.

I like it, too. Though I have to admit when I first glanced at it I thought it was Christine McVie of the 70s rock group, Fleetwood Mac.

Well--there is the jacket AGAIN. Sarah--please let us see something different. I can't take this.

So far I could not find any pics of the birthday girl Sarah herself - she is
48 now :flowers: - but as the pics are showing her guests leaving her
party, I think it's the right place to post the pics here :)

Is that the same purple dress? Thanks, Ice. Pss Eugenie is so pretty but she always looks so uncomfortable in random photos. I guess she's the shy one. What's with the pink flower in her hair, though?

Happy B. Day, Sarah!

I also thought that it could be the same dress, Bella, together with
the jacket it looks a bit better than the other day ;):) I agree
with you about Eugenie, her shyness is something very sweet and
special in my eyes.

Here are three more pics, unfortunately none of Sarah herself again:

Pic 1 ** Pic 2 ** Pic 3

Bella is right. It's the same purple dress. The Daily Mail wrote an article about it, go figure, more frivolous reporting from the DM:
Deja vu: Beatrice steps out in same dress twice in four days | the Daily Mail
Everyone in the world does this, "recycling" outfits (except maybe a very snooty 1% of the world's population) and there is nothing wrong with it, but personally, I wish that Beatrice had not worn this dress the first time. Recycling outfits is great if the outfit is great, but this is not great. :D
But besides her dress, Beatrice looks pretty and radiant. Eugenie also looks cute in the green, but I dunno about that bow thing on her hair.... :)
I think Sarah looks great though! For a change, she looks age appropriate and very chic. The green satin jacket is lovely with her red hair.... very nice!

Thanks a lot for posting the link with the great additional pics, CasiraghiTrio!

Especially the last pic on that page of Bea and Eugenie in the car is great
as to Eugenie's beautiful smile and finally there was a pic of Sarah, she
looked so great on her birthday, that green colour looks perfect for her
hair!

Does anybdy know where the Yorkslive in London? Does Andrew have a pad at Buck House? What about Sarah - Has she got her own home now that South York has been sold?

Did Prince Andrew inherit the Royal Lodge at Windsor from his grandmother? Last I heard, he also maintains offices/suites at BP. I'm not sure where Sarah and the girls live. Is she still renting or did she finally buy something?

No. His grandmother didn't own Royal Lodge. It's the property of the Crown Estates. Prince Andrew leases it.
