French Point de Vue has interviewed Prince Albert for this week's edition of the magazine, he is quoted saying:

She is much better (..) This last operation which concerned the nasal septum went very well. We will be able to consider her return very soon. And I can tell you that she will be at Monaco long before the national holiday. It is not possible for me to give you the exact date, but I promise you will know when the time comes

Poor Charlene... She has health problems, speculations about her marriage (and lawsuit about Albert's 3rd lovechild), she had various surgeries, she's far from her children and now the dog's death too... It's a bad year for her

German tv channel ARD quotes Chantell Wittstock in saying that P.Charlene is recovering and has been cleared tp fly again, she's expected to fly to Monaco within the next two weeks

This really hasn’t been Charlene’s year. That’s sad news about the dog!
Also, from what I can gather from articles posted here, she started out with an operation to prepare for dental implants and things went wrong enough that this latest procedure involved the nasal septum? She’s clearly had a worrisome course. I hope that she’s able to get back to Monaco as planned, and isn’t left with any long term complications.

According to German media reports Princess Charlene has departed from King Shaka Airport in Durban yesterday, November 7, and was flown towards Monaco with a Monegasque governmental aircraft:

Let's hope it's true, and that it means that she's definitely in the mend, i expect she has a long time ahead building up her strength again, so i don't expect to see her much in public the rest of the year (at least), but it will be a lot easier for her kids now mum is near again
