Le Grand Duchess does not live in Luxembourg much anymore, she prefers to hang out with artist types in Biarritz. One might have though the worst floods in living memory hitting the country that funds your life and gives you your title might be enough of a reason to return...clearly not.

I am particularly moved for the victims of the bad weather which has just hit Luxembourg and Europe. I send you all my thoughts and all my support in this ordeal.
