In the first picture I think you can kind of see it is a pregnant woman. Black jeggings and booties--that seems like Kate attire.

Bit surprised she is in Norfolk a week before the parking bans at the hospital go up. London is their main home now, and would think if she is planning on delivering there, she would be closer to home. But I guess with the kids not in school right now, they can be away from London.

This photo is certainly more clear then the photos at Windsor under question. We have more to go on then if the woman may or may not have Kate's boots.
