I believe that Máxima opened the event previously too.
According to their website Den Haag Sculptuur, the sculptures are from South Africa and the theme is 'Rainbow Nation'.

HM will arrive in Ankara,Turkey on wednesday june 13th in the frame of 400 years diplomatic relations between our two countries and will be met by Turkish president Gül and Mrs.Gúl who will host a dinner in honour of The Queen.On thursday HM will travel to Istanbul where she will meet Turkish students and professors in a theme meeting on developments ion society and international orientation.
In the vening HM will attend a performance by the Nederlands Dans Theater 2,NDT2.
HM will return to The Netherlands on friday june 15th.
It's not a State Visit,but a semi-official one.

HM hosted another in a row of "Palace symposia" at the Royal Palace Amsterdam last week may 25th.This time the theme was "The New Social Media".
Speakers were,ao,Eric Schmidt CEO of Google,and Professor Robert Dijkgraaf:Chair of the Royal Dutch Academy of Sciences and professor at the University of Amsterdam.
The symposia are an initiative of HM herself but are organised twice a year inder the auspicies of the Royal Palace Amsterdam Foundation.
TRH The Prince of Orange and Princess Máxima were in attendance.

HM attends the annual Bilderberg Conference this week,for the 50th time.
This years conference is held in Chantilly,Virginia,USA.Dutch PM Mark Rutte is also in attendance.

HM will visit the new Zellingwijk neighbourhood in Gouderak today.
HM will also receive the Credentials of TE the ambassadors of Estonia,Honduras and Poland at Noordeinde Palace,today.

HM Queen Beatrix bestowed Professor.Dr.Ir. Robert Dijkgraaf with the Order of the Dutch Lion.
Robert Dijkgraaf was untill very recently the President of the Royal Dutch Academy of Sciences but will now move to the US where he will take up the post of Director of the Institute of Advanced studies at princeton University.

Queen Beatrix has visited Zellingwijk in Gouderak, municipality Ouderkerk today, June 6, 2012. The area was restored after a soil pollution with toxic waste.

HM hosted a reception for all Dutch Consuls-General at the Royal Palace,Amsterdam on sunday june 10th.TRH Princess Máxima,Princess Margriet and Pieter van Vollenhoven as well as Foreign Minister Uri Rosenthal were in attendance.
