She wore the tiara of her maternal family, the de Ravinel family. It is a Greek style meander tiara with small pearls on the top.

Charlotte is a cousin of prince Henri of Bourbon-Parma (second cousin of the Luxembourg-princes) who married archduchess Gabriella of Austria (Habsburg-Loraine) (cousin of the Luxembourg princes and second cousin of her husband) 2 years ago.

Blog Real, you are referring to 'the princess Victoria', I assume you mean their daughter. Has she become a princess even though she was born out of wedlock?

The Luxembourgian grand ducal family of course are also Bourbon-Parma's: their (great)grandfather was prince Felix of Bourbon-Parma who was the 1-year older brother of prince René, the great-grandfather of the bride (René-->Michel-->Charles-Emmanuel-->Charlotte); so, Charlotte, Louis, Sebastien, Alexander, Gabriella etc are third cousins of the bride.

I wonder whether there was anyone from the Romanian royal family (I guess not) as HM Margareta is a first cousin of the bride's father.

I don’t believe nor am I sure this French branch of the Bourbon-Parma’s are close to the Romanian royals. But maybe there are pictures of them that haven’t come out yet or they couldn’t attend for some reason or they weren’t invited or not close at all.

It is the tiara of her Grandmother la Marquise de Castelane.

As SirGyamfi1 mentioned, the family of the bride is French and uses the family name de Bourbon-Parme. De Borbón-Parma would be the Spanish variant of the name.

Yes. The title is French, and France has long recognized legitimation by the subsequent marriage of the parents.

The grand-ducal court of Luxembourg (Victoria is a member of the grand-ducal family of Luxembourg on her mother's side) styled Victoria as "S.A.R. la Princesse Victoria de Bourbon Parme" when she attended the centenary of Grand Duke Jean.
